Blue 26 oz. needle punch carpet permanently flame-laminated to lightweight, durable crossed-link polyethylene foam rolls 6' x 42' long. This lightweight combination is ideal for fast, easy daily setups in gymnasiums/multipurpose rooms. The unique way that the Flexible Cheer Mat floor rolls up makes this system revolutionary. One person can easily roll-up or roll-out a Flexible Cheer Mat section or entire floor. The rolls are not flipped before or after rolling. The rolls practically unroll themselves! We now have 5 carpet colors to choose from. Purple, Red, Gray, Blue, and Black. Tiffin Athletic Mats has changed the way in which it produces its Carpet Bonded Foam by being the first in the Cheerleading/Gymnastics industry to make its carpet from recycled materials. Spring Floor Systems
Kits are available for floor systems. This is our cost-saving option provided in response to teams who had existing equipment or supplies. The kit includes: velcro connectors, foam blocks, and complete instructions for construction. The wood panels and adhesive must be provided by the customer and do not come with the kit. You must add a floor system for use - you can use an existing floor exercise carpet over foam or carpet foam rolls. Assembled floor systems are also available. This is our time-saving option provided in response to teams who wanted a ready to go floor. The wood panels are shipped assembled with blocks of foam ready for installation. You must add a floor system for use - you can use an existing floor exercise carpet over foam or carpet foam rolls. Baltic Birch Wood Spring Floors - This Baltic Birch Spring Floor, which is new to our spring floor fleet, is a much lighter floor system making it very effective for portable use. Each of the 5' x 5' panels, which are 3/8" thick, carry 25 of Tiffin's capped steel coil spring which are strategically placed for optimal performance.
