Stephen has an extensive & highly successful background in multinational business management and directs the marketing and business interests of AASCF. He has a strong desire to support young athletes which is evident in the highly involved role he takes in the cheerleading community. An accomplished athlete in his own right, Stephen fully appreciates the life skills and leadership opportunities that the cheerleading experience has to offer.

Rosemary has been a passionate and respected force both within the Australian & International Cheer & Dance community for over 30 years and has been instrumental in the establishment of excellence & growth for the Australian Cheer & Dance industry.
She is passionate about educating our All Star community and as such sits on various international judging and rules committees to ensure that she up to date with the latest in World Best information & practices.
This information assists the AASCF education around Australia which is conducted year-round including rules & safety, skills & technique in both cheer and dance, business planning, risk management, choreography, score cards, judging, event planning etc.
On top of her 35 years of full time coaching in Dance (Dancers Edge P/L) and Cheer (Australian Outlaws) - Rosemary was head coach & choreographer of the 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2013 ICU TEAM AUSTRALIA for the ICU Cheerleading World Championships which successfully placed receiving 1 x Bronze and 2 x Silver Medals for the All Girl Elite team and Bronze for the Co-ed Elite team.
Rosemary has judged for the “International Cheer Union” (ICU) World Championship every year in Cheer & Dance from its inception and was a presenter for the ICU at the 2008 Malaysian Coaches Conference.
In 2013 she judged the Level 5 & 6 Cheer for the ICU Asia Cheer Championship in Singapore.
Rosemary has a passion for developing team work, dedication and commitment in young athletes, enabling them to feel self-confident and empowered. Her love for cheerleading and dance and depth of knowledge of the sport enabled her to be one of the leading coaches in Australia!!
Rosemary’s high standard of professionalism and integrity and her unyielding dedication to young athletes is a strong anchor on which all her dance and cheerleading endeavours are proudly founded.
As well as being the founder / director of the Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation (AASCF), Rosemary is head educator & judge for the AASCF in Australia which holds 18 x 3-day Cheer & Dance Championships from June to November. She also did design the judging systems & score cards for AASCF for 11 years.
Rosemary is extensively trained from a very young age in RAD classical ballet, jazz, hip hop, acrobatics, tumbling & all styles of Ballroom, Latin American & Street Latin.
18 YEARS OF ROSEMARY’S PERSONAL TRAINING AS AN ATHLETE FROM 1973 - 1991:
1997 Ongoing Cheerleading Education: Extensive education as a coach from the leaders in the industry such as the AACCA, USASF, James Speed, Shannon Smith, Liz Rifino, Les Stella, Debbie Love, in the techniques and choreography of All Star Cheer & Dance.
