All stock is taken to the Winterfest competition for sale therefore you may not receive your order until after the last AASCF Winterfest competition in Mid July. Once your order has been processed you will be notified of your order from Australia post via Text from your provided number.
To make sure your payments are secure we use PayPal. You do not need an account to use it, simply process your order as a guest. If you are using your PayPal account, please check your postal address is up to date.

Postage and Handling:
If you spend over $150 P+H is free and your order will be tracked with a signature on delivery, if you purchase other items P+H charges will apply.
After we have dispatched your order, we cannot make any changes to the postal address or cancel the order.

Which postage provider do you use, and is my item tracked?
We use Australia Post. Yes, you item is tracked, and the item requires a signature on delivery. We do recommend you address these items where someone will be home or even to your work.
What if the size I want is not available, will you offer different sizes?
The sizes listed are the only sizes available.
How long does it take to get my item?
It can take up to three - five days for P+H and processing, then depending on where you live in Australia from VIC can take up to 7 days for delivery.
Can I pick up from the AASCF Office? do I need to order online?
Yes you can, if you are going to pick up the items from our office you don't need to order online.
I am having problems with my order, what do I do?
