Which postage provider do you use, and is my item tracked?
We use Australia Post. Yes you item is tracked and the item requires a signature on delivery. We do recommend you address these items where someone will be home or even to your work.
How long does it take to get my item?
It can take up to three days for P+H and processing, then depending where you live in Australia from VIC can take up to 7 days for delivery.
What if the size I want isn't available, Will you order more sizes?
Yes, we will endeavour to keep all items well stocked
Can I pick up my order from a competition?
If you are planning on going to an AASCF competition you can purchase the item at the Merchandise Stand during opening hours
Can I pick up from the AASCF Office? do I need to order online?
Yes you can, if you are going to pick up the items from our office you don't need to order online.
I have enough items in my order, but it is still charging me postage?
If you are adding other merchandise items different P+H fees may apply however email merchandise@aascf.com.au and I can fix that for you
