Postage and Handling:

If you spend over $150 P+H is free and your order will be tracked with a signature on delivery, if you purchase other items P+H charges will apply. 

After we have dispatched your order, we cannot make any changes to the postal address or cancel the order.

Which postage provider do you use, and is my item tracked?

We use Australia Post. Yes, you item is tracked, however when delivered it will be left in a safe place if you are not home. We recommend you address these items where someone will be home or even to your work.

What if the size I want is not available, will you offer different sizes?
The sizes listed are the only sizes available.

How long does it take to get my item?

It can take up to three days for P+H and processing, then depending on where you live in Australia from VIC can take up to 7 days for delivery.

Can I pick up from the AASCF Office? do I need to order online?
Yes you can, if you are going to pick up the items from our office you do not need to order online.

I am having problems with my order, what do I do?

Try using a different web browser, due to anticipated large numbers visiting the website it might be overcrowded we suggest waiting, or email merchandise@aascf.com.au

Can I exchange for a different size, if it does not fit?

If it is not a sale item, and the size is available.
