Returns and Exchanges

Any merchandise purchased through the online store can be returned or exchanged following these procedures below. If you purchased items onsite or at an event, please call (03) 9800 4080 or Email merchandise@aascf.com.au for assistance.

All in-stock items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days after the receipt of your merchandise. please ship your return to the following address:

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, it is recommended that you send your return to AASCF via with a tracking number and signature on delivery. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable. If merchandise is being exchanged, there is no additional shipping charge to fulfill your exchange request.

Items that have been worn or soiled may not be returned.

Shoes may be returned provided they are not soiled, remain in their original shoe box, and there is no writing on the shoe box. There is no restocking fee for shoe returns. If shoes are not received in restockable condition, they will be returned to you.

We do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges on any item deemed FINAL SALE.
