If you spend over $300, Postage & Handling is free and your order will be tracked with Australia Post, if you purchase other items P+H charges may apply. 

After we have dispatched your order, we cannot make any changes to the postal address or cancel the order.  

Returns and exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your products. Exchanges and refunds must be returned within the 14 days of purchase. The items must be in the original condition in which it was supplied, and original packaging must be intact.

If you wish to exchange item(s), please note if there is a price difference or a change in shipping it will be applied to your original transaction. You (the customer) are responsible for returning the products in a re-saleable condition (including original packaging)

Turnaround times for returns depending on location (in Australia) can take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your package.
